JB Cutting Inc. is a nationally recognized manufacturer in the custom closet, kitchen and bath industry for residents as well as commercial and institutional customers. They wanted to digitize their ordering process with custom software & have a modern website that accurately showcased their unique process and quality products.

Our team fully redesigned their website, giving it a consistent, modern look that effectively told their story. We focused on enhancing the user experience, making it easy to update, and ensuring the design reflected the quality of their brand.
At the time, JB Cutting’s ordering process relied heavily on paperwork. They needed a new online ordering system that was easy for new and returning customers and their admins to manage orders and customer data that connected to the ERP. We began the project with just a few order forms to reference, making the project an ongoing, iterative design process with regular touch points with the client and development team.
To the benefit of all customers, we set up two ways to place orders—a step-by-step guide that walked you through the order process with visuals and descriptions & advanced orders that allowed customers to easily input data such as product numbers, sizes, quantities, etc.
