Weingartz is one of the most reputable family-owned outdoor equipment dealers in Michigan. In addition to selling some of the top brands in the industry, they also offer repair services to customers to help them maintain their investment.

After years of dealing with cumbersome paperwork, they decided to upgrade their repair order process to a custom software solution in order to more efficiently manage repairs.

We started the project by interviewing various team members at Weingartz to gain in-depth knowledge of the service repair workflow at all levels. With a firm understanding of their process, we started creating wireframes. This iterative process helped us discover additional features necessary for the sales and service repair teams to manage customer repairs. Once approved, we created the interactive prototype to help showcase the Weingartz brand through an effective user interface.
